As you see, the primary pickins include Popcorn chicken, with a mustard sauce, fried pitata wedges, plus fine, aged grapes nestled in glass. LETS GO TEAM!!

Salmon Supper For Two!

Here’s a wild Salmon supper for two that will have you forgetting restaurant dining for weeks! As the wild Salmon patties are browning in Olive oil, peel, dice and place a fresh Avocado in the food processor. Along with the Avocado, add several, diced fresh cloves of garlic, plus some plain
yogurt. The balance should be
about 70% Avocado and 30%
yogurt. Add black
As healthcare, Civil and individual Human Rights go down the drain, as some protest and everybody else shivers in the tub, (wet, soapy & naked), what I must achieve, by necessity, is good health through nutrition. Toward that end, this is what’s been most recently on my table.
